Instagram post 17855067608443817 Loneliness. I'm sure it's something we've all felt, and something we've gotten to know well this past year. As I moved back to Edinburgh I felt a flood of loneliness rush in, it weighed heavy in my room and the empty streets. I will restrain myself from making a Fall Out Boy reference, but funnily enough we're Alone Together (if you know it comment down below😂), and we are all experiencing these trying times. And sometimes, the best thing you can do is just feel it; give whatever uncomfortable emotions permission to rise, in which it will naturally fall.

•
Making time to paint has really helped me switch off and step away from my laptop.
What do you love to do when you need a break from your laptop?
