Finals seasons is upon us and for me that means es Finals seasons is upon us and for me that means essays! It’s been really hard staying motivated recently, but I’ve managed to stay on track so far! Here is how I do it!

📚||Ané’s final survival guide||💻

1. Take regular “outside” breaks! Try and get as much fresh air as possible! The Meadows are turning pink so it’s the ideal time for a wee walk
2. Find a new study spot! I have been barricading myself in the lounge in Teviot. It’s the perfect amount of quiet for me, but it’s important to find what works for you.
3. Treat yourself! I love to reward long hours of hard work with a coffee! It’s a treat and it helps me stay awake, what’s not to love!

It’s really important to look after your mental health during this time of finals stress! It is rather fitting that this month is Stress Awareness Month!
